CNC machining is an economical process for high volume production runs as well as for rapid prototyping and Pathway offers all the services of a fully equipped machine shop. All of our CNC mills, lathes and routers are state-of-the-art, offering high repeatability and close tolerances. With both experienced journeymen machinists and toolmakers on staff, Pathway's machining department can meet your most exacting component and tooling requirements.
 Our machining specialty is complex surfaces, and we can work directly from 2D or 3D files in any format, including Pro/Engineer files. Although our machining department works regularly with metals, Pathway's particular expertise is the machining of plastics, including glass-filled materials.
The machined prototype part shown here is virtually indistinguishable from its injection molded counterpart. Using CNC machining for rapid prototyping allows Pathway's clients to know exactly how the final product will turn out before tooling investments are made.
