Pathway has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of tooling, jigs and fixtures. Pathway can design and build molds for any plastic manufacturing process, including injection molds. Because we have mold designers and journeymen toolmakers on staff, Pathway can offer one of the quickest turnarounds on tooling available in the global marketplace. Furthermore, with our in-house engineering capabilities we are able to design and manufacture molds to produce parts with extremely close tolerances.

Pathway is also adept at the design and manufacture of production jigs and fixtures. With input from our industrial design department, we can improve the ergonomics of a production line or workstation to maximise the efficiency of human interface elements.

Pathway has consulted on a number of large-scale factory automation projects, and our combined engineering and industrial design expertise has afforded our clients both optimal productivity and ergonomic interface in their manufacturing facilities.

To enable our clients Microsphere Inc. to meet a demanding production schedule, Pathway consulted on the design of various plastic components of the Microsphere workstation, then coordinated the design and manufacture of six different injection molds in a turn-around period of less than six weeks from design to production.
